Jesus In The Garden of Gethsemane

I strive to present a deeper perspective on the events that happened to Jesus from the washed the disciple’s feet until the moment of His arrest. What His concerns were, what He prayed for, when His anguish began. The focus of the talk is taken from the Gospel of John; and the prayer that he made to God before entering the Garden. It is known as Jesus’ Prayer or the Priestly Prayer. I walk the listener through Jesus’ thoughts, and desires, as He prepared to take on the sins of the world. The goal of the talk is to provide the lessons of unity and Jesus’ desire that mankind be consecrated in the truth that He preached for the three years of His ministry.

My 41st Day

This talk is designed to create a paradigm shift in the hearts and minds of the listener. Why are we in the habit of stopping everything we did for the forty-days of Lent that drew us closer to Christ. Why are we so willing to spend the next three hundred-twenty days or so living our life not focused on those things that reminded us during Lent of the sacrifices that Jesus made for all of mankind. My 41st day speaks to how one takes the momentum built up during Lent and applies that momentum to strengthening each of our respective journey’s as disciples of Christ.
